Jan's Birthday Celebration

Once in a while, I get the urge to just hang out and not be the party rocker DJ.  That night was on a Saturday assisting DJ Battle of One Sound and Entertainment.  He was spinning a birthday party in downtown Atlanta for this lady:  

I was there to assist DJ Battle but also brought my camera to test my photography skills:

 

Early on, DJ Battle played a nice hefty selection of classic and soulful House music with a few sprinkles of Soul Classics.   Then the party started:

Needless to say, he turned the party out.  I'd like to say thank you to Jan of Le Fete Weddings and Events (Atlanta) and DJ Battle of One Sound Entertainment for having me out.  

So it's safe to say I won't be elevating my brand in photography; however, when it comes to DJ'ing in Atlanta for Weddings, Proms, Private Parties and Karaoke, I'm that guy.

Hood Family Reunion - 2015

I had a great time this weekend performing DJ and Karaoke duties for the Hood Family Reunion 2015 #‎hoodfamilyreunion2015‬.  They came from South Carolina to celebrate in Atlanta, GA and had a great time.  Once everyone got loose from line dancing, they were ready to get it in on the mics.  Best in show (in my opinion) had to be these two guys:

They turned it out and had everyone pulling their cameras out.  They surprisingly sounded just like Shaggy and threw in some extra ad-lib's for good measure.









The final set was all the Hood-family sisters.

Overall, it was a nice family event and we enjoyed providing the music and Karaoke services for them.  Safe travels back home...

Ladies at Play event - July 26th, 2009

They're at it again... Ladies at Play together with Channel Live Productions is having another event at Plaka restaurant July 26th. DJ M3 will be in the main room spinning all the latest bangers along with DJ Gaffle and the "HOT" DJ Sugarcut :-D in the back with the best in Soulful House, Reggae and Soul Classics.

Pool Party... My new DJ Table

I had a pool party in Norcross Saturday afternoon. Prior to the gig, I picked up this folding DJ table because my other table was too low. This unit is great and has a much cleaner appearance. The event went really went and everybody had a great time.
